Employee theft
Employee theft is the shrink source stores talk about least and control best, because every control sits inside the building: cash handling, refunds and voids, receiving, and a reporting route associates trust. This hub collects the articles on what an employee theft awareness program teaches, the procedures that make dishonesty visible, and how managers monitor exceptions without turning the store into an interrogation.
